If canceled or modified up to 15 days before arrival will not be charged any cost.

For bookings made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation becomes a firm when an advance of 30 % of the stay is pay by bank transfer. For reservations made and cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance of 30 % will be charged.
