If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the arrival date, no cost will be charged.

If the reservation is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Non-Refundable Policy

Free cancellation is not permitted. The total reservation amount will be charged at any time after booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Deposit Policy

For reservations subject to the Flexible 48H policy, the first night may be charged 48 hours or less before check-in.

For non-refundable reservations, the total reservation amount will be charged immediately after booking.

If payment fails, the hotel will cancel the reservation. A bank card is required to guarantee the reservation. In the absence of a valid card, the reservation may be cancelled.
