INTERNAL ORDER REGULATION AT

VILLA MONTANA****

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions of the stay of tourists in the guesthouse. It applies to all tourists, who accept it by the very fact of their accommodation in the guesthouse and must comply with it without limits or reservations. As Hosts, we want you to have a pleasant stay in our guesthouse, assuring you that we will do our best to ensure that all the services offered are at the level of your requirements.

In order to be able to fulfill these wishes in such a way that you come back to us with pleasure countless times, please strictly respect the following rules of

internal order:

- The customer is any person staying or benefiting from any service of the Pension.

- Accommodation in the boarding house is done at the reception, presenting the identity card for registration in the guest register and to release the key to the reserved room.

- Check In: starting at 3:00 PM Check Out: 11:00 AM.

- Payment of the accommodation costs will be made at the reception upon ARRIVAL. From the moment of taking the key from the reception, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room.

- People coming to visit must be announced at the reception. The people who are visiting must leave the guesthouse by 11:30 PM at latest.

- When leaving the room, please turn off the light and the TV and make sure that you have closed all the water taps.

- Breakfast takes place between: 8.00 AM - 10.00 AM.

- Do not use the towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. To be used for body use only.

- Any accident caused as a result of improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with this regulation is not our responsibility.

- Also, any accident caused as a result of not supervising the children is not our responsibility.

- The guesthouse does not assume responsibility for the cars in the private parking lot and for the objects left inside them.

- The guesthouse does not assume responsibility for items forgot inside the room after checkout.

- Access with large electrical consumers, resources, stoves, radiators, kettles is prohibited in the guesthouse.

- Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette - according to C.E. regulation) is prohibited in the room and in the other spaces of the guesthouse, with the exception of the specially designed spaces, the yard and the garden, it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in other places than trash cans or ashtrays, and only after they have been extinguished beforehand.

- Garbage and household waste will be stored in household bags, which can be purchased at the reception, or in the trash cans located within the pension's radius.

- Do not throw paper and other objects into the toilet that could lead to damage to the sewage network.

- It is forbidden to prepare food and eat it in the room; consumption of own food is allowed only in the guest kitchen. The consumption of food and drinks outside the guesthouse is prohibited.

- It is forbidden for tourists to access the staff kitchen, as well as to use the equipment (computer, sound system, etc.) of the boarding house without the consent of the staff.

- It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or substances prohibited by law into the boarding house.

- According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable.

- The handover of the key at the reception after the expiration of the reserved period will be done only after the room has been checked by the service staff of the guesthouse.

- In case of early departures, it must be announced at the reception at least 48 hours before, the difference of the stay being refunded.

Tourists must:

- Not to damage the objects of the Pension, otherwise they owe the Pension an amount equal to the value of the damaged object and related work.

- Not to take any item from the equipment when leaving.

- To use only the common spaces of the Pension and the rooms reserved by them.

- Not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for the Pension staff.

- Do not leave children unattended.

- To announce as soon as possible any malfunction of the equipment or installations. Do not attempt to repair it yourself;

- Not to disturb the peace of the other customers.

- To respect the rest hours in the boarding house: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Since the comfort of every tourist is important to us, please respect the rest hours. If for objective reasons you arrive at the guesthouse after 10:00 PM, please keep quiet.

This regulation meets the expectations of our tourists. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to deny access to the premises of the guesthouse.
