Our complex consisting of Villa Marinn I and Villa Marinn II is 350 meters (5 minutes walk) from the beach in Costinesti.

It offers double and triple rooms, a Duplex apartment for 8 people and a luxury apartment (maximum 5 people), all spacious, equipped and recently renovated. The accommodation features a fully equipped shared kitchen, bar, dining area, barbecue, terraces, playground reception, garden, parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The apartments have their own kitchens.

Each room is equipped with FULL HD cable TV, private bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning and balcony (not all rooms have a balcony), but there are common balconies and terraces where you can enjoy your coffee in peace and fresh air.

Guests can relax in the garden with free barbecue facilities, and children can have fun at the specially designed playground.

The playground has a mini kitchen with utensils (pots, glasses, teaspoons) for children's play, balls, basketball hoop, swing, slide, tables and chairs, benches, trampoline, many toys.

The nearest train station is less than 200 meters from the property (2 minutes walk), there is also the Costinesti-Constanta minibus station.

From this year 2021 we open for you our restaurant with outdoor terrace, but also closed !!!

You can find restaurants and terraces where you can dine, about 50 meters from the property. The nearest grocery store is 2 minutes away, right in front of the property, and a supermarket is about 150 meters away.
