Reservations paid for via secure payment link are non-refundable.

Payment with vacation vouchers is accepted.

In the case of vacation vouchers, the holder must check in, and the vouchers must be sent by courier to the hotel within a maximum of 3 days.

Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Reservations made with vacation vouchers are non-refundable - no free cancellation.

Force majeure as defined by law exempts the parties from liability.

During the event and the effect of the force majeure case, the contract remains suspended.

The parties are exempt from liability for non-performance of contractual obligations during the force majeure period.

The services provided are payable, as force majeure does not exempt the BENEFICIARY from paying for them.

Services that have not been provided and are paid for in advance may be rescheduled within a maximum of 2 days before check-in; however, advances are not refundable, according to the reservation policies.
