Reservations paid for via secure payment link are non-refundable.

Payment with vacation vouchers is accepted.

In the case of vacation vouchers, the holder must check in, and the vouchers must be sent by courier to the hotel within a maximum of 3 days.

Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Reservations made with vacation vouchers are non-refundable - no free cancellation.

Services that have not been provided and are paid for in advance may be rescheduled within a maximum of 2 days before check-in; however, advances are not refundable, according to the reservation policies.
