1. General Information
By making a reservation, visiting, or using the services provided by Nature Nest, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Nature Nest is an adults-only (18+) property, designed to offer a relaxing experience in a natural and intimate setting.
2. Reservations and Check-in / Check-out
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by e-mail.
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment may be required (usually 30% of the total stay amount).
Check-in: between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charge
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, the value of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the advance payment will be retained in full.
4. Adults Only Policy
Nature Nest is an adults-only (18+) retreat.
Accommodation for minors is not permitted, even when accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
This policy ensures the tranquility and privacy of all our guests.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to show respect towards staff, other guests, and the property.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas (except in designated smoking zones).
Pets are not allowed, unless expressly approved by management.
Nature Nest reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund if guests violate the internal rules or disturb the comfort of others.
6. Facilities and Services
Access to the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) is available exclusively to accommodated guests, within the hours established by reception.
Guests must follow the hygiene and safety rules displayed in the wellness area.
The ROOT Restaurant is open both to in-house guests and the public, based on reservation, and offers refined dishes prepared from local and seasonal ingredients.
7. Liability of Nature Nest
Nature Nest strives to provide services at the highest quality standards.
However, it cannot be held liable for:
events caused by external factors (power outages, natural phenomena, technical failures beyond our control);
loss or damage of unsecured personal belongings;
any inconvenience caused by the failure of other guests to comply with internal rules.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Nature Nest complies with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
Personal data provided when making a reservation are used solely for managing your stay and for communication purposes.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints regarding service quality can be submitted during your stay, allowing immediate corrective measures.
In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Brașov County, Romania.
10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Nature Nest reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions whenever deemed necessary.
The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect on the date of posting.
