1. Bookings and Payments

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30%-50% is required, depending on the season and length of stay.

The remaining balance is to be paid at check-in, in cash or by card.

If the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe, the reservation may be canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

For group bookings or special events, specific cancellation policies apply.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability.

4. Guest Behavior

Any behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.

Parties in rooms or on terraces are not allowed without prior approval from management.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

5. Liability

The guesthouse is not responsible for valuables left unattended.

Any damages caused by guests will be fully charged to them.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are intoxicated or display aggressive behavior.
