1.2. To confirm the reservation, the associated card must have sufficient funds to cover the entire stay amount. The client must have this amount available on the card at the time of booking.
1.3. Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 5 days before the arrival date.
1.3. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation fee.
Check-in and Check-out
2.1. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out must be done by 12:00.
Payments and Guarantees
3.1. Payment for the entire stay can be made at any time from the moment of booking, without exceptions.
