Cancellations / no-shows / penalties

By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation / no-show policy, the amounts collected in advance according to the offers submitted, are agreed and paid by customers to confirm reservations.

Any reservation, cancellation or modification will be made only in writing.

3.1 Cancellation at least 15 days before the date of arrival:

3.1.1. Cancellations can be made without penalty, up to 15 working days before the date of departure. Otherwise, the advance, representing 30%, turns into a penalty.

3.2 Cancellation less than 15 days before date of arrival:

3.2.1. For any total or partial cancellation less than 15 days before entering the accommodation will be retained as a penalty 100% accommodation cost.

3.2.2. The non-honored reservation represents the confirmed and non-canceled reservation as a result of which the client did not arrive at the apartment on the established date. In case the client does not show up for the check, the amount paid in advance is fully withheld.

3.2.3. For cancellations announced to the booking department at least 15 working days before the Check-in date, the advance can be used for subsequent customer bookings in the next 12 months.

3.2.4. Any change to a confirmed reservation will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the above cancellation conditions. In this case, it is necessary to make a new reservation which will be confirmed subject to availability

3.2.5. If the tourist decides for any reason to leave earlier than the day of departure from the accommodation, he will pay in full the value of the services initially booked (all booked nights will be paid).

1. Reservation Guarantee and Payment Policy

Through this website, we offer an online platform through which website visitors can make reservations for GooApartments. By filling in the booking form, you agree to the booking conditions. Upon receipt of the reservation request, we will confirm the availability of the requested services and send the proforma invoice by email.

To guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance, equivalent to 30% of the total reservation, within 24 hours from the date of sending the proforma invoice. In case the advance is not paid within the mentioned term, the reservation will be canceled.

Payments can be made by: bank transfer, bank card or holiday voucher card

Payments are made in cash, bank card or holiday ticket card at the hotel reception, in Romanian currency.

Cards accepted: Visa / Visa electron / Master Card.

For our customers who book through the booking sites with which GooApartments has contracts (AirBnB, Booking.com, TravelMinit.ro, etc.), we reserve the right to pre-authorize customer cards using the information transmitted by these sites according to the conditions of reservations between the booking sites through which the customer wants to make a reservation for GooApartments.

2. Special Periods

For the periods of Easter, May 1, Pentecost, Saint Mary, for accommodation services according to the Special Offers, it will be done by paying in advance the full value (100%) of the services, within 24 hours from the transmission of the issued proforma invoice . Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
