Welcome to Colour Studios. By making a reservation or using our accommodation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Contracting parties

Accommodation services are provided by Colour Studios, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," to the person making the reservation, hereinafter referred to as the "Guest."

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1. Reservations can be made through the platform on which the property is listed or directly with the Owner.

2.2. The reservation is confirmed after payment is made in accordance with the policies displayed on the platform used.

2.3. The final price may include additional fees such as cleaning fees, local taxes, security deposit, etc., if specified in the description.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in: from 1:00 p.m. to midnight.

3.2. Check-out: by 9:00 a.m. to noon.

3.3. Any request for early check-in or late check-out is possible only subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation of the reservation is made according to the policy displayed on the platform through which the reservation was made.

4.2. Amounts already collected are refunded only if the policy specifies this.

5. Accommodation Rules

5.1. Smoking is prohibited.

5.2. Pets are not allowed.

5.3. Parties or noisy events are strictly prohibited.

5.4. Guests must comply with the rules of cohabitation and public peace.

5.5. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity displayed for the apartment.

6. Damage and Security Deposit

6.1. The guest is responsible for any material damage caused inside the apartment or to the furnishings.

7. Owner's Responsibility

7.1. The owner undertakes to provide the apartment in proper condition, as described and furnished.

7.2. The owner is not responsible for:

• temporary interruptions of utilities (water, electricity, internet) due to external causes;

• loss of the guest's personal belongings;

• situations beyond their control (public works, neighborhood noise, etc.).

8. Guest Rights

The guest has the right to use the apartment for the entire period reserved, with access to all the facilities included and mentioned in the description.

9. Personal data

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the processing of personal data necessary for the confirmation of the reservation, payment, and communication related to the accommodation.

10. Force majeure

The owner cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond its control (earthquakes, floods, pandemics, restrictions imposed by authorities, etc.).

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Any dispute shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
