Check-in & Check-Out Conditions:
⦁ The apartment can be received (check-in) starting at 2:30 p.m.
⦁ The apartment will be released (check-out) by 11:30 a.m.
⦁ Check-in is done online (self check-in), from your mobile phone, following the instructions received through the Whatsapp application (downloadable from Google Play or Apple App Store) with the SELF CHECK-IN GUIDE in which you will find the information/codes necessary to enter the apartment, including information regarding the parking space. Each apartment has its own private parking space. To check-in, it is mandatory to complete the fisacazare.ro link received via WhatsApp online together with the Self Check-In Guide. The required data are: the tourist's name and surname, for Romanian tourists the personal identification number and for foreign tourists the series and number of the identity document (identity card or passport), home address, date of birth, purpose of the trip (tourism or business) and the tourist's signature. By checking in online, you assume the responsibility of completing all fields in the electronic check-in form with correct and complete data, assumed by your signature. Providing incomplete or false information incurs civil and, where applicable, criminal liability of the tourist. The apartment can be taken over at any time after 2:30 p.m.
⦁ Payment of accommodation costs will be made before or upon arrival, according to the booking conditions. From the moment of completing check-in and taking over the access code to the apartment, the tourist is responsible for the reserved apartment.
⦁ Extension of the stay will be confirmed depending on the availability of the reserved apartment.
⦁ At the end of the stay, check-out is carried out by depositing the key and relative tag in the apartment's Lock Box.
⦁ Self Check-Out can be done until 11:30 a.m. Before leaving the apartment, please close all windows and lock the door at the entrance to the apartment.
⦁ Before checking out, it is mandatory to pay for the accommodation services in full.
⦁ In case of early departure from the apartment, please notify us by phone, message, Whatsapp or email before leaving the apartment.
Accommodation:
⦁ Our accommodation units are individual apartments at a distance of only 3-4 minutes from each other, each having a name. It is therefore necessary to have the correct and exact address of the reserved apartment, information that you will find in the accommodation confirmation email.
⦁ Tourist is any person accommodated or who benefits from any service of our accommodation unit. The accommodation of each tourist is done by completing the arrival and departure notification form based on the identity document valid. The accommodation form will be provided via Whatsapp to the tourist's phone number and must be completed with the personal data of all accommodated tourists.
⦁Accommodation of minors under the age of 18 is allowed only in cases where they are accompanied by parents or legal representatives. Minors on hikes, camps, excursions, competitions or other similar actions, accompanied by teachers, coaches and guides from the organizers of the respective actions, are exempt from this rule.
⦁ By completing and signing the arrival and departure announcement form, guests of the accommodation unit confirm that they have read and accepted these regulations.
⦁ You can receive guests or guests in your apartment between 08:00 and 22:00, at no additional cost. If you receive guests between 22:00 and 08:00, they will have to pay the difference in rates and register in our records by completing the accommodation form.
⦁ Accommodation of children aged 0-6 years will be free of charge.
⦁ Guests cannot transfer the apartment to other people, even if the period of stay, which has already been paid for, has not ended.
⦁ Accommodation in our units is allowed only to people who do not suffer from contagious diseases.
⦁ The accommodation unit may refuse accommodation to people who, during the previous visit, have clearly violated these regulations, especially if they have caused damage to the property or other guests/tenants/neighbors.

⦁ We offer guests accommodation in apartments classified by the Ministry of Tourism with 3 stars in accordance with the category and legal standards.
⦁ We offer prompt technical assistance, and in the event of faults that cannot be repaired immediately, the accommodation unit will make every effort to alleviate the inconvenience or provide you with another apartment, subject to availability.
⦁ The bottle of water and coffee provided in the apartment are on the house!
⦁ The apartments operate in a self-catering system and offer you a fully equipped kitchen: hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.
⦁ We offer accommodation in apartments accessible to people with disabilities, all apartments have an access ramp and elevator.
⦁ We offer the following additional free services: wireless internet network, parking space next to the reserved accommodation unit, taxi order, provision of tourist information, wake-up call, online ordering of culinary dishes.
⦁ We offer, through our partners, paid car transfer services, shared or private, including airport transfer, laundry or ironing services.
Tourists' responsibility:
⦁ Tourists are required to keep quiet between 13.00-14.00 and between 22.00-08.00.
During your stay you will have neighbors, which is why we ask you to respect the quiet hours, the rules of conduct and public order.
Please note that any type of disturbance of the peace, complaint from neighbors, or notification to the police by third parties will be penalized with immediate eviction from the apartment, regardless of whether the incident occurs during the night or day.
Both the tourist renting the apartment and his companions are required to behave decently and responsibly. In the event that one of the clients does not behave decently, S.C.ALTIPIANI S.R.L. reserves the right to evacuate the persons without them having the right to request any reimbursement. Please do not leave your children unattended during your stay. We do not assume responsibility for any accidents caused as a result of the lack of supervision of minors. Please respect the provisions of Law no. 61/1991, regarding the norms of social coexistence, public order and peace. It is a misdemeanor to disturb the peace of the residents without right by making noise with any device or object or by shouting or making noise, to disturb the peace of the residents between 22:00-8:00 and 13:00-14:00 by any person by making noise, making noise or by using any device, object or musical instrument at high intensity in the apartment, to organize private parties and to use musical equipment at an intensity that disturbs the peace of the residents. Failure to comply with the law may result in a misdemeanor fine imposed by the Police authorities of between 500 and 1500 lei. The neighborhood is assigned to Police Station No. 2 – Phone: 0268 408 323. Given that some of the apartments in the block are used for residential purposes, neighbors can report any inappropriate behavior to the competent authorities.
⦁ You are obliged to comply with the regulations in force regarding fire prevention and extinguishing. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, you will be liable for any damages caused to the tenant.

⦁ If you notice gas leaks in the apartment, you will take the following urgent measures: open the windows and doors wide, turn off any gas source, do not turn on the light or other sources of fire, do not use the elevator, do not use electrical appliances, leave the building immediately and immediately notify the authorities at the single emergency number 112 as well as the accommodation unit staff.
⦁ Tourists must keep the apartment in good condition and not damage the objects in its equipment. Otherwise, any incident/damage will be borne by the tourist according to the value of the damage caused. It is forbidden to damage the finishes/interior arrangements or objects in the apartment (caused by the tourist's own fault or by third parties), otherwise they owe the tenant the value of the arrangement and/or the damaged object (including the related labor).
⦁Tourists are obliged to announce as soon as possible any malfunction of the appliances or installations in the apartment. Any accident resulting from the improper use of the objects and/or facilities in the apartment, without complying with the corresponding safety regulations, is not the responsibility of the tenant. If you find any non-conformities in the apartment upon check-in, please notify us immediately. Otherwise, it is considered that the apartment was taken over by the tourist in normal parameters, according to customs and with functional equipment.
⦁ Tourists are prohibited from keeping any item from the apartment upon departure, otherwise they owe the tenant its value, including the apartment keys that must be deposited in the apartment lock box.
⦁ Tourists are obliged to maintain the property in good condition, as a bona fide owner, and to keep it clean.
⦁ We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to tourists who are intoxicated, rude or turbulent, who have consumed drugs, who through their attitude harm the image of the tourist accommodation unit or disturb other guests or neighbors.
⦁ We reserve the right to forcibly evict undesirable customers from the accommodation units.
⦁ We reserve the right to select our customers.
Liability of the accommodation unit:
⦁ The location is presented on the site according to reality: photos, information, contact details. All descriptions and information about our apartments exactly comply with their characteristics.
⦁ The accommodation unit is liable under the conditions provided for in the provisions of the legislation in force.
⦁ We do not assume liability for valuables that you have chosen to keep in the apartment during your stay.
⦁ Personal items forgotten by tourists upon departure will be sent, upon request, to the address indicated by them, at their expense.
⦁ The accommodation unit is not liable for damage caused to vehicles during your stay, for their theft or personal belongings left in vehicles.
Environmental protection:
⦁ We promote and respect environmental protection by using appropriate products and detergents.
⦁ It is prohibited to throw objects/paper in the toilet that could damage the waste collection station, otherwise these damages will be paid by the tourist.
⦁Linens and towels are changed free of charge every 4 or 5 days or at the request of the tourist. For this, please allow access to the apartment for the cleaning team.
⦁It is forbidden to use towels or linen for: wiping dyed hair, removing makeup, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels will be used exclusively for body use. If towels or linen damaged by improper use by the tourist are identified, they will be charged as damage and will be paid by the tourist.
⦁ Garbage and household waste will be stored in household bags in the trash cans located in the room or in specially arranged spaces. Do not store garbage in the common areas of the building.
⦁Daily cleaning service is on request and for a fee between 10:00-12:00.
⦁It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts and seed shells (and not only) in any place other than trash cans or ashtrays (cigarette butts will be extinguished beforehand).
⦁When leaving the apartment, please make sure that you have turned off the gas and water, turned off the lights, turned off televisions or other household appliances, closed the windows and locked the entrance door to the accommodation unit.
Pets:
⦁ Access to the building with animals is prohibited.
a pet (dog, cat, rabbit, etc.), except in cases where the accommodation unit representative has given you prior consent. , by phone or by e-mail, reserving the right to request a deposit and/or a rate increase for these situations. In all cases, the pet must not be left unattended in the apartment.
Final clauses:
⦁ Our apartments are intended exclusively for rest and relaxation.
⦁ Organizing parties in our apartments is strictly prohibited.
⦁ Organizing any economic activities in the apartments such as presenting and selling products, gambling activities.
⦁ The consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances in the apartments is strictly prohibited.
⦁ It is prohibited to bring weapons, edged weapons, explosive materials or tear gas into the apartment.
⦁ It is prohibited to practice prostitution and/or to encourage this crime.
⦁ Access/accommodation of other persons than those mentioned in the accommodation sheet or in the booking confirmation is prohibited.
⦁ The common areas of the building and parking spaces may be under video surveillance.
⦁ Tourists are prohibited from using barbecues on the balconies or inside the apartments.
⦁ Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside our accommodation units, according to the applicable legislation in force (law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by law 15/2016). All apartments have only non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony of the apartment, specially arranged for this purpose. If the provisions of this regulation regarding smoking are not respected, an additional sanitation fee of 200 euros will be applied (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment).
⦁ It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in any place other than ashtrays, and only after they have been extinguished beforehand.
⦁ We reserve the right to debit our guests' cards, regardless of their wishes, in at least the following cases:
⦁ they did not cancel the reservation by the established deadline;
⦁ they left the apartment without paying for the services they benefited from;
⦁ they caused damage or destruction;
⦁ they left with objects that do not belong to them and whose value they did not pay for;
⦁ The terms and conditions of this regulation may be modified at any time by S.C.ALTIANI S.R.L. without prior notice.
⦁ Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise following the application of these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably and if this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brașov.
⦁ By accepting the reservation you implicitly agree to the imposed rules and undertake to respect them.
