TERMS AND CONDITIONS : Our desire is to offer you a pleasant experience at 4Cardinals, setting a series of rules which we respectfully ask you to consider and which you will have to respect during your stay at our hotel. Visiting and purchasing tourist services from the website www.4cardinals.ro, from the e-mail office@4cardinals.ro, from any booking platform, or directly from the hotel reception, implies the acceptance of the detailed terms and conditions. in the following paragraphs.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :

CHECK-IN : between 14:00 and 20:00.

CHECK-OUT : until 12:00.

LATE CHECK-OUT : At the request of the guests and when the hotel has spaces, special rates can be applied according to the international practice for staying after 12:00 in the room as follows: for staying after 12:00, 50% of the displayed rate will be charged only if room is available. If it exceeds 16:00 hours a full night of accommodation will be paid.

EARLY CHECK-IN : accommodation before 2 pm is possible only if the hotel staff has been informed and has confirmed the request.

ACCOMMODATION of each person is made by filling the registration form based on the valid identity document and according to the reservation request. If the details of the reservation request do not match with those from the check-in day, we reserve the right to take the necessary measures to accommodate the guests in a type of room suitable for their number and age or to refuse the accommodation. At check-out please let us know if you have consumed products from the minibar. Towel / linen replacement every 2 or 3 days according to standards, or on request for a extra fee.

RESERVATION can be made at the reception, by telephone, on the online booking platforms or by e-mail. Except reservations on the online platforms, the other reservations can be considered firm, only after you receive the written confirmation from us. At least two days before arrival, please confirm your reservation by phone, sms or e-mail. The services are considered reserved, only after you have proved the payment of at least 50% of the price of the accommodation package .

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION : Any cancellation will be made by contacting the reception in writing by e-mail: office@4cardinals.ro. There will be no penalties if the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 7 days before the check-in date. The penalty is the value of the first day of accommodation, for cancellation or no show. Requests for reimbursement as a result of not using all or part of the tourist services, must be accompanied by a written confirmation from the hotel. This confirmation does not guarantee the return of the value of the unused services. In case of interrupting the stay earlier than the check-out date, the difference of money is not returned for the nights not spent in the hotel. The linen and towels in the rooms are replaced according to the regulations and classification of our hotel (3 / 2 days)

PAYMENT METHODS : cash payment (RON), credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) or bank transfer is accepted. We would like to inform you that the billing will take place between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm at the reception. In case of departures before 8:00 am or after 4:00 pm, please request the invoice at the reception one day before of departure.

SMOKING is prohibited inside the hotel. In case of non-compliance with this rule, fines can be applied according to the legislation.

SAFETY : Keeping the valuable objects is free at the reception safe. We do not take responsibility for the valuables not deposited at the hotel reception. Please make sure the windows and doors are closed during your stay. We do not take responsibility for the disappearance or damage of your assets. The access card remains on you for the entire stay, and a counter value of 100 lei is charged in case of loss. It is forbidden to transmit the access card to persons who are not staying at our hotel. It is forbidden to store in rooms weapons, inflammable or toxic, explosive materials or substances prohibited by law. If you notice any malfunction or damage in your room, please notify the reception. Please do not leave children unattended.

PARKING is free in the hotel courtyard as well as outside (in front of the building). You cannot select the parking place. The hotel's liability does not extended to vehicles or their cargo.

PETS are not accepted.

BREAKFAST : is served between 08:00 am and 10:00 am, in the breakfast salon, located at the basement of the hotel.

VISITORS : they have access to your rooms between 08:00 and 21:00 without additional costs, only after you have announced the visit in advance at the reception, and they will complete the visitor's form according to a valid ID presented. If you have visitors between 21:00-08:00, you have the obligation to announce at the reception, and they will have to register and pay the accommodation fee.

CONFIDENTIALITY : we will never use your personal data without your prior consent.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOR : our guests are liable to the hotel for any damages caused to the other customers, staff, buildings, furniture or equipment of the hotel. Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00-7:00. It is forbidden to use any cooking appliance, other than those provided in the rooms. No objects belonging to the hotel can be taken outside. Any losses or damage caused will have to be paid at check-out. The hotel staff has the right to check if all these conditions are met every day of the stay. Please keep the cleaning in the rooms and inside the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse the accommodation or service of the rude or turbulent clients who by their attitude can harm the image of the hotel or disturb other customers.
