For bookings made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation becomes firm when an advance of 30 % of the total cost is paid by bank transfer. For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.

Children up to 10 years old benefit from free accommodation if they use the same bed with their parents.
